ABOUT US

Meet Raphaela

I am a certified Qi Gong Therapist. I completed my studies with Master Lisa B. O'Shea at the Qi Gong Institute in Rochester, NY, in 2004, and with Master Robert Peng at the Elixer of Light Healing School of Qi Gong in 2008. I have been studying Qi Gong since 2001 and have been practicing as a therapist and teaching Qi Gong and T'ai Chi classes since 2004.

In 2021 I studied the Foundation Course in Biofield Tuning and in the Spring of 2022 I completed the Practitioner Course and became a certified Biofield Practitioner.

In 2025 and 2026 I began my studies with Dr. John Beaulieu

“Healing with the Five Elements”

“Quantum Cranial”

“Sound, Still Point and Fuzzy Logic”

I grew up in the West of Ireland and I come from a family of three generations of physicians and surgeons, so of course Western Medicine was integral part of my early life.

I have always known deep within me, there had to be more to health and wellness than just the Western approach, and so my long journey began towards a more holistic practice.
In 2001 I began my studies in Qi Gong and immediately knew I had found my passion and what to me was a way to bring health and wellness to the body".

I introduced tuning forks into my QI Gong practice 8 years ago, and the results have been  amazing.

I have a set of weighted forks and a set of unweighted forks.

I use the weighted forks on the acupuncture points along the meridians.

There is a fork for each meridian in the body.  The meridians connect to specific organs, and there are two meridians for each organ.  When I activate the fork and place the stem on the acupuncture point, it sends vibrations into the point helping to unblock any stuck qi in the meridian, which in turn helps the organ to function in a more optimal way.

The unweighted set of tuning forks make a sound  when activated.  I strike the fork and hold it above the organ. The sound waves travel into the organ entraining it to come back into a balanced state of health and well being.

The following are two examples of the many forks I use in my Qi Gong practice

 "The Nerve/Bone Fork".

The following are some of the problems it helps.

  • Reduces pain

  • Increases bone density.

  • Calms the body tissues and reduces inflammation via Nitric Oxide

  • Relieves headaches.

  • Encourages the nerves to come back into healthy range

  • Positive effects on both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

  • Reduces knots in muscles

  • Relaxes muscles

  • Helps the lymphatic system to flow more efficiently.

  • I have another wonderful fork, 111 Hz that helps with the following

  • Pain relief

  • Increased empathy

  • Improved memory

  • Cell regeneration

  • Endorphin production

  • Mood elevation

  • The "Gamma Tuning Fork"

  • Higher level of Intelligence

  • Greater memory retention

  • Greater perception of reality via using all 5 senses

  • Greater Awareness/Alertness/Focus

  • Greater Compassion

  • Greater Happiness

  • Increased brain processing speed (ability to process large amounts of information in shorter time period)

  • Creates Neural Pathways along with affirmations.
